Our showroom in Lynchburg, Virginia offers you a full selection of what comes standard with your home.
If there is one thing that separates Craftsman from other builders, it’s our selection center and all that it does for our customers.
Our showroom allows you to choose everything that goes into your new home, all in one place. It’s not only convenient, but also helps avoid common surprises, and gives us the ability to provide customers with prices up front – prices that we honor, no matter what. This makes the process of building as easy and smooth as possible. There is no need to worry about allowances or visiting a long list of vendors – you’ll find everything you need right in our showroom!
Within our showroom, you can see, feel, compare and coordinate the different styles and colors for the items that go into your new home. Below is a list of what you can expect to find.
Cabinets | Countertops
All our homes include the finest solid wood custom-built cabinets in dozens of styles and finishes. They also include all the “bells and whistles” like soft close doors and drawers, crown molding and full depth refrigerator cabinets.
There is also a full selection of granite and quartz countertop samples, which are standard in all our kitchens, in a wide variety of colors and edges at no extra cost.
Flooring
Your new home will include Rock-lock LVP flooring, in the kitchen, all bathrooms, laundry room and 40 oz. nylon carpet with a 20-year warranty and upgraded rebond padding in the remainder of the home.
Lighting Fixtures
Lighting fixtures in our homes are all Progress brand and available in a variety of styles and finishes. Interior and exterior lights.
Faucets
We have a display of Moen faucets that come standard in every Craftsman home. Along with whatever finish you choose.
Why Moen? They offer one of the best warranties in the business, which provides you coverage for as long as you live in the home.
Siding | Shingles | Brick & Stone
Vinyl siding is standard and you’ll find a wide selection of colors to select from.
You also never have to worry about replacing the roof on your new Craftsman home, with our selection of Certainteed Lifetime Warranty architectural shingles.
Additionally, some of our homes come standard with brick or stone and we offer a variety of styles and colors
