Craftsman Custom Home Builders in Lynchburg really have worked hard to make the process as enjoyable as possible. They did a great job in getting us started, made sure that we understood exactly what we will have at COA time, went carefully through all steps, phases, materials, fixtures, placements, made sure we would get exactly what we are wanting to see. Plenty of great communications in process, not to mention patience in dealing with the 1001 questions we keep having, were/are willing to work with us to let us provide some of our items ourselves (mostly appliances that we really wanted to do ourselves). Great, easy to understand design center and options! The subcontractors thus far have all proven their quality, speed, courteousness, and how very helpful they have been as well. So far, Craftsman as a group have checked every box that I have on my bucket list quite well – great quality on the site.. in all the right places! If you are looking to build and haven’t given these great guys (and gals) a try.. go and talk with them. We think you will be pleasantly surprised!”
